How do I get support if I need help?
Once you enroll with your website Care plan, you'll be given access to our support desk where you can email us any time. Phone and Skype support is only available via pre-arranged agreement as deemed necessary by Support. Mobile sms text support is never available.
What hours are support available (service level agreement)?
Support Hours: Our support desk is open M-F from 9am to 5pm.
Support Requests: You can submit a new support request at any time, 24 x 7 x 365.
Service Levels: One of our support team will respond to your request within 48 business hours
Does unused Select Time roll over?
In order to allow all of our support clients a fair opportunity to receive support, any unused portion of Select Time does not roll over to the following month.
Can I have an ecommerce solution under the Core Care plan?
Yes! You can have ecommerce under our Core Care plan, however, any specific ecommerce support will be billed at our currently hourly development rate for Care plan customers.
Can I have a membership solution under the Core Care plan?
Unfortunately no. With the added complexities of membership solutions, we can only offer membership support for care plans at Core care Plus and above.
